My Voice Experience
20 years of broadcast experience. Therefore, I sound comfortable and natural on-mic. I can sound mature and relaxed, or youthful and energetic.
I've done commercial and PSA voiceover recordings for several years, thanks to good enunciation, a pleasant attitude, and low hourly rates ($100/hr + studio fees, minimum of 2 hours). Willing to negotiate on longer projects.
I've done messages on hold, lengthy presentation voiceovers, and even voice work on business software.
My Training
My training began when I was a kid back in the '70s, working in radio. I was blessed with a no-accent Midwestern sound, despite growing up in the South.
I graduated to a major market and worked with some very well-known talent. They taught me a lot about confidence and originality. Years later, my style remains original and different. I'm not a canned voice that sounds like all the others.

Additional Skills
Copy writing skills are pretty strong. Whether it's a short :15 spot or a lengthy voiceover for a training film, I can help you make the copy stronger, tighter, and help you make it sound better to the ear. I'm learning more about building website, too.
